What Cloth Pads?

Cloth pad is an alternative to disposable pads can be reused. Pad fabric is eco-friendly, reusable for years, cost-effective, and have good health benefits. In general it consists of layers of absorbent fabric (such as cotton, organic and synthetic) which serves to absorb the flow of blood during menstruation and childbirth for the delivery.

Does not it smell?

You will be surprised that your blood does not smell disgusting as you think of all this. Our blood is absolutely sterile and clean from the moment it comes out of the vagina. It just smells normal blood is the blood that comes out of any part of the body, such as lesions on the skin surface. The foul smell is actually the result of a chemical reaction between the blood and the chemicals in disposable pads, not from the smell of blood itself.

Is it clean?

Absolutely! Technically, cloth pad is much cleaner than disposable pads because the blood disappeared completely during washing. So it can be reused for years without risk of infection. It is evident when you will not feel itchy when using cloth pads for a long time, unlike disposable pads you will feel uncomfortable and itchy if used in a long time because disposable pads made from recycled paper or paper pulp; containing toxic chemicals and dangerous. When this toxic chemical reacts with blood, it will breed bacteria that can cause vaginal infections and vaginal discharge normal for some women.

How do I use it?

Way to use a cloth pad is very similar to how you wear a disposable pad. Make sure the tip of a wider keypad facing backwards, wrap the wing pad in your pants, and button up both sides of the wing down. The surface of the soft fur (minky) should always touch your private parts, cotton patterned with ribbon loop should be facing down (hidden in the underwear). We recommend that you wear cotton underwear that fit (not too tight, but not too loose) while using cloth pads, as this will help keep the pad is localized and tightly latched on your private parts. It also ensures maximum absorption and prevent your blood from running down the side. The great thing about cloth pads are not as disposable pads that stick in your underwear and can not be changed when fixed, you can change the position of the pad forwards or backwards anytime soon for maximum comfort.

Ever find it to be leaked?

If you use the right size for the right amount of time to suit your flow, it should not leak. Snowdrop cloth pads are more absorbent than disposable pads because of the ability of anti-bacterial microfibers can absorb up to four times its original weight. All cloth pads and liners are equipped with a layer of waterproof PU coated nylon with good air circulation to prevent leaks. However, if you use them too long, cloth pads can also be full and can not accommodate the excess moisture away from the next moisture can seep into the pad around and be in underwear, but usually does not happen because normally before full, we will turn to the pad clean. Average consumption per pad is between 2-4 hours for heavy flow 3-5 hours for medium and especially for light flow.
